Jacob began his career producing and directing for syndicated television. He later specialized in post-production for an international relief organization, working on numerous films in different genres. This included Facing Darkness, a film about the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The theatrical release won multiple awards, including Best Feature Documentary Premiere at the Heartland International Film Festival. He then tackled stop-motion when he directed and animated the award-winning short film Lola's Lion. Jacob is currently working on a variety of projects, including a feature documentary and another stop-motion film.
